Chicago, April 23, 2007. More than 200 missionaries participated in
15 parish missions in the Chicago area during the Easter
Holy Week, calling on more than 4,500 homes to invite
the faithful to Easter services.
The missionaries, participants in Youth for
the Third Millennium, included families, children, young people and adults
from around the country who came to Chicago to evangelize
during the most holy time of the Church year.
Youth for the Third Millennium (YTM) is a program of
the Regnum Christi movement and exists to evangelize people by

sending missionaries out into the community to witness to Christ
and his message.
YTM was founded in Bethesda, Maryland in 1995
and has conducted over 700 parish missions with youth and
adult missionaries in the United States and internationally. To date,
YTM has knocked on over 200,000 doors with over 7000
missionaries. YTM’s sister organizations like Juventud Misionera are active
in many countries all over the world.
