Vatican City. September 21, 2010. This past September 17, the
Catholic News Service published an article detailing some of the
spiritual and artistic treasures awaiting mothers and daughters who attend
the “Feminine Beauty in the Arts” pilgrimage this upcoming December
27 to January 3.
The pilgrimage, led by art historian
Elizabeth Lev, radio host Teresa Tomeo of Ave Maria Radio,
and Brenda Sharman of Pure Fashion, was the brainchild of
Fr Mark Haydu, LC, the director of the Patrons of
the Arts in the Vatican Museums.
The CNS article by
Carol Glatz, which describes the pilgrimage and its goals at
greater length, can be read at this link: http://www.catholicnews.com/data/stories/cns/1003769.htm
