On December 14, 2010, the 10-Point Progress Report, informally called the “scorecard,” was introduced as a concrete response to points the Holy See singled out for correction after the apostolic visitation in its May 1st communiqué. Each of the goals listed in the Progress Report is part of a long-term effort to change institutional practices and mentalities and to work for constant improvement in our service to the Church. The scorecard will be updated periodically as old resolutions are fulfilled and new goals arise.
