Wanted -- young men interested in a unique
leadership training experience in Washington, DC.
Applications are being accepted for
the 2012 Leadership Training Program (LTP) Internship. Sponsored
by Conquest, the program takes place from June 24 -
29, 2012, and participants will stay at the Catholic University
of America.
LTP interns
will meet with top US government, business and cultural leaders
who will share details of their own personal and professional
success while emphasizing the importance of character and faith. They will visit offices of executive leaders and have
the opportunity to interview these leaders during Q&A sessions.
In the
evening, interns with participate in special activities such as debates
and listening to guest speakers, as well as doing some
public speaking themselves. They will also have some
fun playing sports such as basketball, soccer and football, and
attend a Washington Nationals Game, all while experiencing the sights

and sounds of our nation’s capitol.
Leaders tentatively scheduled to meet with interns on
the LTP agenda include: William J. Bennett, Former Secretary of
Education; Paul Laxalt, former US senator from Nevada; Senator James
Inhofe of Oklahoma; Congressman Mario Diaz Balart of Florida; Devin
Nunez, US Congressman from California; Trent Franks, US Congressman from
Arizona; Jerry Seib, Washington Bureau Chief for the Wall Street
Journal; and Jim Clifton, CEO of The Gallup Poll, among
others.
The cost to
attend is $900, which includes room, board, and transport to
