On September 15, the Feast of Our Lady of
Sorrows, the Legion of Christ launched a redesign of its
website to better serve its users.
Fr. Benjamin Clariond,
LC, the Legion’s Rome spokesman, described the new site
as “cleaner and easier to use.”
The new design brings
several changes that will make the site more user-friendly.
Headline stories and explanations of who the Legionaries of
Christ are and what services they offer are more
prominently located. Sharing options are easier to use and
users will now be able to link directly to
our accounts on social networking sites such as Twitter
and Facebook.
“The changes are not only visually appealing
but user-friendly,” added the Legion’s web designer Xavier Velasco.
Fr. Benjamin adds, “We are excited about the launch
of the site redesign and hope that it will further
our mission at the service of the Church.”
