put into action the potential God has given them, young
men ages 10 - 18 can sign up for fun
and adventure this summer at Conquest leadership camps in a
wide variety of US and Canadian locations.

campers develop spiritually while learning important skills like self-discipline, responsibility,
perseverance, and team work,” said Todd Brechbill, National Director for
In addition to camp activities, sports, and outdoor fun, participants
will have daily Mass, Gospel reflections, spiritual guidance and personal
time with Christ and the opportunity for confession.
One of the
campers who attended a Conquest camp in Pennsylvania, John Lane,
said, “The camp was one of the most fun camps
I’ve been to. We threw
tomahawks, and received the sacraments!
I enjoyed the talks give by the brothers there, and
the theme of the camp -- the settlers and Native
Americans. The balance of prayer and activities was something I
didn´t expect them to get right, but they did! Altogether,
I had a great time and made plenty of friends!”

Several Challenge camps for girls are available to choose from
in the US and Canada. The camps are offered for
girls in grades 5-12. The 2014 theme is “JUMP! Make a
splash in the world!”
“The camps are based on the
theme of Christian leadership, offering the inspiring examples of saints,”
said Nadine McMillan, Challenge National Director. “Each day is centered
on a different leadership quality. We want to help each
camper discover she can be a leader -- someone who
influences others, makes an impact, and brings others to Christ
by being the best version of herself.”
Events will help girls
develop perseverance and confidence and enhance their prayer life. Girls
will learn how to be a team player and a
friend. They will attend Mass and have the opportunity for
confession, and participate in sports, games, workshops, team dynamics development
and activities, swimming and just plain fun in the sun.
