The HIC newsletter
aims to connect all those who in one way or
another have been in contact with Notre Dame of
Jerusalem or with the Legionaries of Christ in the Holy
Land, offering photos, news of recent events at the center,
meditations on the holy places, and comments from pilgrims.
The name
"hic" (meaning "here") comes from the grotto of the Annunciation
in Nazareth, where the words Verbum caro hic factum est (The
Word was made flesh here) are inscribed under the altar.
It is a fitting word by which to remember the
special magic of the Holy Land.
