Inner Beauty Always in Fashion
Pure Fashion Atlanta displays true beauty through the trends of the season

Pure Fashion Atlanta

Bringing bursts of color to a rainy afternoon, Pure Fashion Atlanta held its annual Spring Fashion Show April 28, 2013. The event was sponsored by Belk and The Forum of Norcross.

The more than 350 guests who attended “oohed” and “awed” at the fashions on display.

Thirty seven young ladies modeled two outfits each, supplied by Belk.  Each of the models put together their “looks” themselves.  Fashion designer Anita Temple helped the girls organize their looks into five different fashion trends for this season – “denim jackets,” “color burst,” “polka dots,” “black and white,” and “Americana.”

This show is the climax of the year-long Pure Fashion formation program.  Participating models learn fashion and beauty tips, while getting a better understanding of their feminine dignity and self-worth.

“Every woman wants to be beautiful,” said Regnum Christi consecrated woman Alejandra Aguirre, the local program director. “But it is the beauty inside that actually impacts people! And that’s why here in Pure Fashion, we want to be beautiful,

inside and out.”

Radio host Mara Davis was the event emcee, while musicians Br. John Klein LC and Pip Arnold, from the television show The Voice, performed.
