Stockbridge, Massachusetts -- In addition to watching the beatification ceremony
of our late pope John Paul II, members of Regnum
Christi should know there is another reason to tune in
to the EWTN television network for coverage of the Divine
Mercy Feast on April 30 and May 1, 2011.
The Mater Ecclesiae Choir will be singing during the Divine
Mercy celebrations at the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy
in Stockbridge, Massachusetts on those days. On April 30, the
Shrine will hold the recitation of the Chaplet of Divine
Mercy at 3:00 pm, followed by a vigil Mass for
the Divine Mercy feast at 4 pm. On May 1,
the EWTN preshow will begin at 10:00 am for the
Divine Mercy celebration, culminating with Mass at 1:00 pm. Check
your local television listings for broadcast information.
“We are
especially honored to be part of this celebration during the
feast day dedicated to Divine Mercy,” said Yvonne Nuxoll, who
oversees the ME choir.
Mater Ecclesiae College is
the formation site for the Regnum Christi consecrated women in
the United States.
