The sacrament by which the baptized person is reconcilied with God and with the Church.

For a Regnum Christi member, frequent confession, as recommended by
the Church, increases our self-knowledge, makes us grow in Christian
humility, helps us to uproot bad habits, increases our delicacy
of conscience, helps us to avoid falling into tepidity or
laziness, strengthens our will, and leads us to a constant
effort to perfect our baptismal grace and grow in a
more intímate identification with Christ. It helps us to experience
our own powerlessness in the supernatural order so that we
learn to trust fully in the grace of God.
