The Eucharistic sacrifice is the center of our Christian life and the high point both of the redemption wrought by Christ and of the worship that men offer to the Father.

The Regnum Christi Movement recommends to its members that, if possible, they participate daily, fervently, and consciously in the celebration of the Eucharist, receiving holy communion with a grateful soul and in the state of grace.
When the Mass has ended, it becomes our turn to give continuity to the Eucharistic sacrifice throughout the day among our families, while we study or work, and as we strive to live according to God’s will and preach his Kingdom to others.
