This institution recruits committed laity who can provide basic education for the indigenous poor of Latin America, thus promoting the human and cultural development of these communities.

Integral Educators trains others in human and cultural values. They visit households in marginalized communities so as to promote communication within the family. They organize groups of children, young people, and adults who will go out to help their communities and open new centers for the same purpose. Both married and single persons work full-time for human development. This institution is currently serving approximately 2,200 rural communities in Mexico and Central America.
