Members of Regnum Christi founded Clear Water Academy, in Calgary,
Alberta. Since then, Legionaries and Regnum Christi members have carried
out several programs to assist the Church in Canada through
education, evangelization, and the formation of tomorrow´s priests.
By
adapting the apostolates developed in the United States, Mexico, and
other countries, Canada’s Regnum Christi members have successfully tailored the
Movement’s apostolates to the particular needs and circumstances of their
own country. The FAMILIA apostolate of Canada has assisted thousands
of married couples to grow in their knowledge of the
Church’s teachings on marriage and the family. The Catholic
Kids NET of Canada apostolate has launched various programs for
children’s formation in virtue and in the teachings of the
Catholic faith.
From Nova Scotia to British Columbia, the
Legionaries of Christ and the members of Regnum Christi live
out their mission of loving Christ, serving people and building
the Church.
