This is a special momento for personal and community dialogue
with Christ in the Eucharist, to know him and love
him more intimately, to make reparation for our own sins
and those of others, to thank him for his example
of self-giving and love, to offer him our efforts to
build his Kingdom, and to pray for the needs of
the Church, our own families, the world, and ourselves.
As an homage of faith and love for Christ in
the Eucharist, the Movement invites its members to do a
Eucharistic hour (also known as a holy hour) every Thursday. Below, we offer some reflections based on next Sunday’s Mass
readings. This text can be used for your meditation during
the Eucharistic hour.
