Prayers to Begin or Conclude Activities
When we visit the Blessed Sacrament we want to greet our Redeemer, have a heartfelt conversation with Christ, learn the lessons he teaches us from the sacrament, and entrust to him our undertakings and our resolve to give ourselves to him. The fruit of these brief moments spent with Christ in the Eucharist should be: gratitude, encouragement in our struggle, trust and joy at being in his presence, and the desire to imitate him.
Your prayer should preferably be spontaneous and personal. Renew your faith, hope, and charity, and pray for the Church, the Pope, the Movement and the world, along with all your personal, family, and other needs.
When you are unable to visit the Blessed Sacrament in a church, you can make a spiritual communion, using this or a similar prayer
