Retreat Guides from the RC Spirituality Center offer around 50 different do-it-yourself retreats available in video format, audio, PDF download, and as a booklet. You can watch, listen, or read it. A retreat is a beautiful way to move forward in your spiritual life. For Legionaries and consecrated members of Regnum Christi, a retreat often lasts eight to 30 days. For lay members of Regnum Christi, retreats are normally offered over a weekend, or sometimes in a shortened format for a day or evening. There are also 6 day retreats available for those who want to do deeper in their retreat experience. In nearly all cases, the structure of the retreat follows the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises.
